Wrinkle in Time hit theaters Friday March 9 in the US
I had the privilege of attending a media screening of Wrinkle in Time on Tuesday with my children. None of us had ever read the book, so we all entered into the theater with a free and opened mind, not really knowing what to expect… except for the fact that, since this is a Disney production, we knew it was going to be amazing with spot on graphics and cast!
This movie will take you on an amazing journey and it leaves you questioning everything. Reese Witherspoon is Mrs. Whatsit and she is my favorite character, her fun loving free spirit is the perfect balance to the trio…. but who couldn’t love Oprah, her real life wisdom and confidence is mirrored on screen as the confident, wise leader she is.
This syfi-fantasy will captivate the whole family. I took my 7 year old on up to my 22 year old and we all enjoyed it. Though some of the concept may seem a little complicated to to follow, my 7 year old had a very good understanding of what was happening.
