I have had another good week. I lost a total of 1.5 lbs this week which outs my total at 21 lbs lost…… holy cow….. it feels amazing just saying that, 21 lbs of FAT GONE!!!!!!!!
I know many people I have talked to say ” aren’t you afraid you are going to put it all right back on after you are finished using Nutrisystem?” I say “NO”.
