FitBook the best way to keep track of and set your fitness goals. With FitBook you see your goals come to life. You can track your eating, exercise, motivation, meditation, water and so much more. I gave a FitBook Junior one to my daughters,she fills out the fitbook daily, it makes her happy to meets her goals and know she was in charge of making that happen.
