Back-to-school is so much closer than we care to think about….. as I saw Target clearance out the last of their Summer items and bring in the school supplies, I couldn’t help but feel sad…. up in the NW we haven’t even had a 90 degree day yet. As much as we want to freeze time, school is just around the corner and the deals are pouring out.
Here are a few early back-to-school tips
– Stock UP UP and UP on cheap school supplies now. Nothing is worse than your child saying they need more filler paper at $2.99 each in the middle of March. Don’t worry about getting too much because it can roll to next year.
– Look out for nice Summer clothes on clearance for those first few weeks of school
– Stock-up on cereal deals.. check out this Kellogg’s site for big money saving printables
– Find a buddy to lighten the load. With 6 kids, it is a chore to get ready for school. Find a friend or two to split up the duty of running around to get the deals.
