Boy am I always happy to accommodate because this is one of the easiest recipes to make as an appetizer. Get the crowd roaring with this Cowboy ranch corn chips recipe. You may not be able to keep this in stock but this recipe is so easy, you won’t mind making more. Try it with chili 😉

1 TBSP Cajun spice
Directions:
-Prep a 5-quart crock pot by spraying the crock pot bowl with cooking spray.

-Melt the butter.
-In a medium sized bowl combine the melted butter, ranch dip, and Cajun spice.
-Mix well.
-Pour the combination into the crockpot with the corn chips.
-Stir well to make sure that all of the chips are coated with the melted butter mixture.
-Cook on high for 2 hours, uncovered.
-Stir occasionally.

If there are any leftovers store them in an airtight container.
