Jimmy Dean has always been the leader when it comes to sausage!!! They always offer the highest quality, most versatile and newest products all while maintaining a family friendly price. I recently was challenged to create a unique recipe using the new Jimmy Dean Crumbles. I knew this was going to be easy because, what recipe doesn’t taste better with sausage.
Jimmy Dean Crumbles are fully cook little sausage pieces that come in, Original pork, Turkey Sausage and Hot and Spicy. I think my favorite feature is the re-sealable bag, allowing me to add a little her and a little there to eggs or soup for a quick and easy breakfast or lunch. I also discovered how nice it was not having to deal with all the grease and fat that you get when having to cook or fry you sausage self.

I am not a big fan of yams. That being said, this recipe is intriguing. All the flavors of ginger, brown sugar, fennel, and more make this really appealing! A great way to get those sometimes not-so-yummy yams on the menu!
