Pan-Seared Coulotte With Butter Herbed Sauce
To recreate this steak dish, you will need American wagyu coulotte steak, salt, and pepper, five sprigs of thyme chopped finely after removing the leaves, two sprigs of rosemary also chopped finely, a bit of crushed garlic, a teaspoon of butter, and a dash of cooking oil. After gathering your ingredients, you should then heat a cast iron pan to medium-high heat before adding the oil. Next, season your steak on both sides with salt and pepper and cook each side to your liking; rare, medium-rare, or well-done.
Once your steak is ready, you will then use the same pan, lowering the heat to medium and adding the butter to melt. Next, add the garlic and your herbs until you notice the garlic starting to brown. Now you must add the steak back to the pan and baste it in your butter herb sauce. Place your coulotte steak on a plate and then drizzle with the remainder of the butter herb sauce from the pan.
Grilled T-Bone Steak With Mushrooms
To prepare a grilled t-bone steak with mushrooms, you will need half a cup of beef broth, two ounces of mushrooms, a teaspoon of heavy cream, a teaspoon of butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Grill your steak on high heat to your liking, adding salt and pepper to appeal to your taste buds.
Next, to prepare the mushroom sauce, add the butter to a pan to melt on medium heat before adding your sliced or chopped mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms until they have sweated all of their moisture, and then add the beef broth. Stir the mixture while lowering the heat until the liquid starts thickening. Now add the heavy cream and lower the heat a bit more.
Grilled Cowboy Steak
For a grilled cowboy steak, you will need a quality cut of porterhouse steak, two crushed garlic cloves, one tablespoon of quality chili powder, three tablespoons of avocado oil, two teaspoons of sea salt, pepper, and half a teaspoon of chipotle chili powder. You must combine the pepper, salt, oil, garlic, and chili powder in a small bowl and then mix into a thick paste.
Next, you must rub your paste mixture thoroughly over both sides of your steak and then wrap the steak in plastic wrap. Place the wrapped steak in your refrigerator for at least three hours to let the mixture set it. After a good few hours, you can remove the plastic wrap and grill your steak on high heat for a few minutes.
